Licence Condition
The licensee must install monitoring point/s on the Ammonia Plant Reformer Stack (Point 20) that meets the requirements of Australian Standard AS4323.1:1995. Upon completion of the works, the licensee must provide written notification to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300 that details the works undertaken. Date for completion: 31 December 2014.
